Enablix & Gmail

In Gmail, you can share content two different ways:

Either way you choose to share from Gmail, this is what happens:

• Link will resolve to the asset's title (name)
• Engagement is captured as the first recipient's email
  • If there is more than one recipient, the first recipient is captured
  • 'To: Amy.Rhodes@bankofamerica.com, John.Preston@bankofamerica.com' - whether Amy or John click on the link, engagement will show only as 'Amy Rhodes from Bank of America' since her email is first
