FAQ: How to export user list to Excel?

You might want to download the list of enablix users. To support this, administrators can export the user-list to Excel. 

Notes
  • This feature is currently available to users in the Administrator role only. 
  • This feature is currently available in the Company Settings section of the application only. For information on Managing Users, you can refer to this video.

Export to Excel

An administrator can export the list of users to excel from the Users tab in the Company Settings section of the application. The user has to run the target search based on the available filters and select the Export to Excel action. Once confirmed, the administrator will receive an email when the exported data is available.  

Notes
  • The export action exports all the available data to Excel. The selected records have no bearing on the data exported. .
  • You can use filters to export specific user-list to Excel. E.g. you might want to export only the list of Administrators or all users in a particular business role to excel. 

Email Notification

The administrator will receive an email with the link to download the excel file once the export is completed. The link will expire after 30 calendar days. 

Excel Format

The Excel file follows the following format:

  1. Name  
  2. Email  
  3. Authenticates using SSO  
  4. Added On  
  5. Added By  
  6. System Role  
  7. Business Roles  
  8. Send Weekly Digest
