Sharing Content Internally

In the portal, you can share content internally multiple ways.

Why share content differently with your team verses how you share with prospects & clients?

  • It skews your analytics
    • There's 'Internal Engagement' and 'External Engagement' reporting
    • Bob from inside sales should not show up as an external visitor (sorry Bob)

Please Note: When sharing content internally, the recipient must be a user of Enablix. Internal sharing brings a recipient to your portal where they must sign in to access the content. This way, you can share content with your team that is either 'Externally Shareable' or 'Internal & Confidential.'
