Access Values
Every asset in Enablix has an Access Value - even if you do not choose one.
No Access Value Selected = Default Access (giving all users permission to view the asset).
If you're wanting to limit access to specific assets, you can set up Access Values and assign them to the assets. Check out this video to see how to see it in action:
Access Values can not only be used to restrict access but also to make sure that only content that the user would find beneficial is offered (not to clutter the portal).
