Delete & Archive Content

Hover over the three dots to the right of share and select delete or archive:

Similar to save options, the ability to delete or archive content depends on your system role.

    • Administrators can delete any content
    • Only administrators can archive content
    • Other users can only delete their own content

When content is deleted:

    • It is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered
    • All reporting is erased, including analytics on Enablix users who accessed it, external recipients who visited it, etc.

When content is archived (administrative feature):

    • Only published content can be archived - once archived, it's only available to administrators
    • All reporting remains intact
    • It can be unarchived by hovering over the three dots to the right of share and clicking unarchive
