Delete & Archive Content
Hover over the three dots to the right of share and select delete or archive:

Similar to save options, the ability to delete or archive content depends on your system role.
- Administrators can delete any content
- Only administrators can archive content
- Other users can only delete their own content
When content is deleted:
- It is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered
- All reporting is erased, including analytics on Enablix users who accessed it, external recipients who visited it, etc.
When content is archived (administrative feature):
- Only published content can be archived - once archived, it's only available to administrators
- All reporting remains intact
- It can be unarchived by hovering over the three dots to the right of share and clicking unarchive
