Deleting vs. Archiving

Delete, archive, or unarchive content by hovering over the three dots to the right of Share:

When content is deleted:

    • It is permanently deleted
    • All reporting is erased, including analytics on Enablix users who accessed it, external recipients who visited it, etc.

When content is archived (admins & approved contributors only):

    • Only published content can be archived - once archived, it's only available to admins and approved contributors
    • All reporting remains intact
    • It can be unarchived by hovering over the three dots to the right of Share and clicking Unarchive

Admins and approved contributors can view archived content in Content Manager > Assets tab.
