Enablix Email
Integrate your email to send content directly from Enablix. Emails will come from your connected email address with no indication they were sent through Enablix.
Email Integration
To integrate your email, click your profile icon in the upper right and select User Profile:
At the bottom of the page, click Add and select your email provider (Gmail or Microsoft). Follow the prompts to complete the integration:
Once your email is integrated, click Settings to add your email signature:
Sending an Email
When sending an email, you can:
- Send to an individual recipient - Enablix tracks and reports them as the visitor when they open the content
- Send in bulk using Multi-Send - Each recipient gets their own copy, and Enablix tracks which specific recipient opened the content
- We recommend sending to up to 100 recipients at a time
Will Enablix report if someone opens my email?
- No, Enablix doesn't track email opens. It tracks when recipients open content that's included in your email.
Where can I view my sent emails?
- View them in My Stuff > Email Activity tab, or check your email's sent folder.
Email Templates
Create and share email templates:
Don't see a Content Type for Email Templates? Admins can add this Content Type in Company Settings > Content Type tab.
