However you share content from Enablix—platform, extensions, or integrations—it works the same way:
- Content is shared as a link
- Recipients click to view the content
- Enablix tracks engagement and reports activity
When sharing content:
- External sharing (with non-Enablix users): View all options
- Internal sharing (with Enablix users): View all options
Why is sharing content different for external vs. internal recipients?
- External sharing sends email notifications when content is viewed—helping you track prospect and client engagement
- Internal sharing skips these notifications so you're not alerted every time a coworker views content, and keeps your analytics focused on external engagement
