Depending on how you're sharing, click More or Customize Link when sharing content to access the General tab—adjust settings like download permissions, asset title, and more:

Depending on how you're sharing, click More or Customize Link when sharing content to access the Security tab.
You have two options to securely share content:
- Select Restrict Who Can View the Asset to restrict access by email or domain:
- Select Ask Recipient to Enter in their Email to View the Asset to gate the link:
When asking recipients to enter their email to view content, should you require OTP (one-time password)?
- Without OTP:
- Recipients enter any email and access content immediately
- Lower friction, faster access
- With OTP:
- Recipients receive a one-time password via email to verify their identity
- Ensures valid email addresses for better tracking
Which is better? It depends on your priorities:
- With OTP if you need validated email addresses for accurate analytics
- Without OTP if you want to minimize barriers and maximize content views
