CX Segments
CX Segments are either account-based or user-based. They control which CX Portal users access (when you have multiple portals) and which content is available to them.
CX Account Segments
When adding CX Accounts, you can assign attributes like products purchased or region. Use these attributes to create segments from the CX Accounts > CX Account Segments tab:

CX User Segments
When adding CX Users, you can assign attributes like like role or language. Use these attributes to create segments from the CX Accounts > CX User Segments tab:
