Platform-Specific Links (Templates, Sequences, Marketing Emails)

Sharing content via templates, sequences, or marketing emails? Share a platform-specific link.

Don't have a sharing link for the platform you use? Please contact your Enablix Customer Success Manager or our support help@enablix.com to request it. These are added at no cost.

What Are Platform-Specific Links

When platform-specific links are shared from their respective platforms, we automatically capture who you're sharing it with individually and who shared it (whether it was an Enablix user or marketing email).

Common question: Why share Enablix content from templates, sequences, and email marketing platforms?

  • Enablix adds to your metrics, not replaces them. You still get open and click rates from your existing platforms — Enablix layers on top of that.
  • Go deeper than open and click rates. Enablix tells you specifically who viewed your content and how long they spent on it.
  • See everything in one place. Combine insights from 1:1 sales outreach, sequences, and email marketing campaigns — all in your Enablix reporting.

Sharing Platform Specific Links

  • With some platforms like Salesloft and Outreach, we offer extensions or integrations that automatically share the platform-specific link
  • For other platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot, you can copy the platform-specific link from Enablix and paste it directly into the platform

To copy a platform-specific link from Enablix:

  • Hover over Share and select Copy External Link
  • Click More
  • Click the Share Using dropdown and select the platform-link of your choice

Common Questions:

The platform-specific link didn't capture who it was shared with and/or who sent it — what did I do wrong?

  • When copying a platform-specific link, it's important not to alter the link formatting in any way — the link includes recipient and sender placeholders that need to remain intact to capture that information correctly
    • You can add UTM parameters to the end of the link, but the core link itself should not be modified
  • One common culprit: pasting the link into an intermediate app like Microsoft Word for review before sharing. Word can automatically reformat URLs, which breaks the link. To avoid this, copy the link from Enablix and paste it directly into the platform you're sharing from.

How do I add UTM parameters to a sharing link?

  • UTM parameters can't be added to the link within Enablix, but after copying the link from Enablix, you can manually add them to the end of the link
