Enablix supports the following file formats and platforms.

URLs
Add any web page as a URL, like a blog post, article, or webpage on your site.
ℹ️ Some websites don’t allow their pages to be previewed on other sites. If a preview doesn’t load, recipients can still open the page from its link.
Video Platforms
Add videos from YouTube, Vimeo, Wistia, Loom, SproutVideo, Vidyard, Zoom recordings, and JoinMe recordings.
ℹ️ If a video is private or restricted, it may not play in Enablix. Check the video’s privacy settings on its platform, like Vimeo’s embed settings, to make sure it can be embedded on other sites.
Microsoft SharePoint
Add Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations, as well as SharePoint folders (both shared and individual).
ℹ️ For restricted Google and SharePoint files, the preview and thumbnail only work if you’re signed in and have access. Otherwise, you’ll see a generic thumbnail, and the preview shows a Request Access page.
Google Workspace
Add Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Forms, as well as Google Drive folders (both shared and individual).
