CX Portals
CX Portals control a CX User's homepage experience — header, navigation bar, and right-hand side panels. They do not control which content is available to a CX User.

CX Portals
In CX Portals > CX Portals tab, you can:
- Add, edit, or delete CX Portals, including portal name and browser tab title
- Define CX Portal Assignment (jump to)
- Launch the CX Portal Builder (jump to)
CX Portal Assignment
If you have one CX Portal, that's your default CX Portal that all CX Users access. If you have multiple CX Portals, you can still have a default CX Portal, but for other CX Portals you'll want to define CX Portal Assignment to control which CX Users access it.
CX Portal Builder
CX Portal Sections tab Add, edit, and delete sections, plus manage the content displayed within the section.
CX Portal tab Launch the CX Portal Builder to customize the portal's appearance, including adding sections to the portal.
Where CX Users Access the CX Portal
Depending on your setup, CX Users can access the CX Portal in one of two ways:
- A custom domain of your choice (e.g. portal.YourCompany.com)
- Embedded within your company app
If your CX Portal requires a login, users can sign in via single sign-on (SSO), email and password, or one-time password (OTP). Example login page:
