CX Portals

For CX Users, CX Portals:

  • Control their homepage experience — header, navigation bar, and right-hand side panels
  • Does not control which content is available to them

Managing CX Portals

In CX Portals > CX Portals tab, you can add, modify, and delete CX Portals. This includes:

  • Portal's name (depending on your setup, can be external visible in email notifications)
  • Browser tab name (externally visible if your portal isn't embedded within a company app)
  • Assignment

To modify the CX Portal's appearance (e.g. header, navigation bar, right-hand side panels), open the CX Portal Builder.


Assignment

One CX Portal? This is your default CX Portal that all CX Users access.

Multiple CX Portals? You can still have one default CX Portal that majority of all CX Users access, but for additional CX Portals you'll need to define it's CX Portal Assignment:

Where CX Users Access the CX Portal

CX Users can access the CX Portal in one of two ways:

  • A custom domain of your choice (e.g. portal.YourCompany.com)
  • Embedded within your company app

If your CX Portal requires a login, users can sign in via single sign-on (SSO), email and password, or one-time password (OTP). Example login page:
