Integrations

During setup, your Enablix CSM will walk you through available integration options, which include:

• Data sync Instead of manually managing CX Accounts, Users, and their attributes, sync them with your database
• Custom domain Host your CX Portal on a custom domain of your choice (e.g. portal.YourCompany.com), if it isn't embedded within a company app
• Email notifications Send notifications from your own domain instead of support@enablix.com
  • This includes welcome emails, password reset emails, and Learning notifications
