CX Content
CX Portals control a CX User's homepage experience — header, navigation bar, and right-hand side panels. They do not control which content is available to a CX User.
What controls whether or not content is available to a CX User is the content's CX Portal Settings.
CX Portal Settings
To make content available to CX Users:
- First add the content to Enablix
- Then define it's CX Portal Settings
- Shared on CX Portal Toggle to make the content available to CX Users in their CX Portal
- Summary Overview of the content's current CX Portal Settings
- Display Title The content's title is visible to CX Users by default; update it here if needed
- Access Restrict access to specific CX Accounts, individual Users, or CX Account and User Segments instead of all CX Users
- Recommendations Pins the content to the top of a CX User's portal until a set expiration date, separate from adding it to a CX Portal Section
- Placements Add the content to a CX Portal Section
- Other Set an expiration date for when it's shared, and optionally allow downloads (for file-type content)
