Overview
Deal Registration is a module available within the CX solution. It gives CX Users a way to submit deals directly from their CX Portal — no CRM access required.
CX Users can log into their branded CX Portal to access collateral and submit deals in the same place, keeping everything in one experience.
Deal Registration is highly configurable — the form, approval flow, notifications, and CRM output are all tailored to your organization's needs by your Enablix team.
How It Works
When Deal Registration is enabled, a form is added to your CX Portal. Fields and values are customized based on your organization's requirements.
Submitted deals can be:
- Stored in Enablix — deals live natively in the platform
- Synced to your CRM — deals push to Salesforce, HubSpot, or another CRM
- Both — Enablix and your CRM stay in sync bidirectionally
CRM Integration
Deal Registration supports bidirectional sync with Salesforce, HubSpot, and other CRMs. To set this up, your team works with the Enablix team to map fields and values between Enablix and your CRM.
Submitting a Deal
This section is written for CX Users accessing the CX Portal.
- Log in to your CX Portal
- Navigate to Deal Registration — depending on your portal's configuration, this may appear as a link or tile on the homepage, in the navigation bar, or in a side panel
- Fill out the form and click Submit
Admins can also submit deals on behalf of CX Users directly from Enablix.
Viewing Deals
Access and visibility differ depending on your role.
Admins can view all submitted deals across all CX Users.
CX Users can be configured to see:
- Their own deals only
- All deals submitted by their company
Both Admins and CX Users can filter, export, and run reports on the deals they have access to.


Screenshots above reflect the Admin view in Enablix. The CX User view in the CX Portal varies based on your organization's configuration.
Approval Workflows
Deal Registration supports configurable approval and rejection workflows. When a deal is submitted, it can be routed through an approval process before being acted on or synced to your CRM.
Approvals and rejections can be handled:
- In Enablix — Admins review and act on deals directly in the platform
- In your CRM — approval status is managed in Salesforce, HubSpot, or another CRM and synced back to Enablix
- Both — depending on your configuration
Workflows are set up by your Enablix team based on your organization's preferred process.
Email Notifications
Notifications can be configured to alert:
- Admins
- The submitting CX User
- Both
Notification triggers and recipients are customizable and configured by your Enablix team.
