CX
CX gives Admins a centralized place to manage the entire external experience — controlling who has access, what content they see, and how it's presented — all from within Enablix. CX Users (customers, partners, and more) access a branded CX Portal that's separate from your internal platform.

CX Accounts & Users
CX Accounts are your customer or partner organizations — CX Users are the individuals within them. To manage access to your CX Portal, navigate to CX Accounts in Enablix. From here you can:
- Add, modify, or delete CX Accounts and CX Users
- Assign attributes to accounts and users — like region, tier, or service — to use for segmentation and reporting
- Create segments to control which CX Portal a user accesses or which content is available to them
CX Content
Content is first added to Enablix, then made available to CX Users through CX Portal Settings. For each piece of content, Admins can:
- Toggle it on to make it visible in the CX Portal
- Restrict access by CX Account, individual user, or segment
- Pin it as a recommendation, add it to a portal section, set an expiration date, or allow downloads
To manage or audit content in bulk, use CX Content Manager — where you can view, filter, and update up to 50 content items at a time.
CX Portals
CX Portals control the homepage experience for CX Users — including the header, navigation, and side panels. To set up or customize a portal, navigate to CX Portals in Enablix. From here you can:
- Add, edit, or delete CX Portals
- Use the CX Portal Builder to customize the portal's appearance and sections
- Assign portals to specific CX Users or segments if you have more than one
CX Users access their portal via a custom domain or embedded within your company app, and can log in via SSO, email and password, or one-time password (OTP).
CX Insights
Track how CX Users are engaging with their portal — how often they log in, what they search for, and what content they're viewing. Navigate to CX Insights in Enablix to view and filter activity across all CX Users and accounts.
