Overview
Enablix offers two solutions — Sales Enablement and CX (Customer & Partner Enablement). Organizations use one or the other, or both.
Both solutions allow users to browse, search, and find content. Where they differ is in who the audience is, how content is acted on, and how activity is tracked.
Sales Enablement
Sales Enablement is designed for your internal team — typically sales, marketing, and other customer-facing roles.
From the Enablix platform, internal users can:
- Find — browse, search, and filter your organization's content library
- Download — save content directly
- Share — send content to prospects and customers and track when they view it
Admins can see internal team activity — what users are viewing, searching, and sharing — from their reporting dashboard.
CX (Customer & Partner Enablement)
CX is designed for your external audience — customers and partners. CX Users access a branded CX Portal that is separate from your internal Enablix platform.
From the CX Portal, CX Users can:
- Find — browse, search, and filter content made available to them
- Download — save content directly (if enabled)
- Share — share content with others (if enabled)
Admins can see CX User activity — what they're viewing, searching, and downloading — from a separate reporting area.
Using Both
Some organizations run Sales Enablement and CX side by side. These are separate experiences — internal users access Enablix directly while CX Users access their branded CX Portal. Each has its own login and its own reporting.
