Learnings

Learnings is Enablix's training module — available as an add-on to Sales Enablement, CX, or both. It gives Admins a way to build and manage training programs while giving Learners a centralized place to complete and track their progress.

Learners can be internal Enablix users or CX Users.

Access varies by role and solution.

Learning Admins have access to all tabs:

  • Courses — Organize related Learning Paths into groups (optional)
  • Paths — Add, edit, or delete Learning Paths
  • Submissions — Review and grade Learner submissions
  • Assessment Templates — Create reusable assessment templates to use across Learning Paths
  • My Learning Paths — View and access your own enrolled Learning Paths
  • My Submissions — View your own submissions
  • Insights — Admin reporting dashboard

Internal users enrolled in Learnings access it from Insights in the left-hand navigation in Enablix.

CX Users enrolled in Learnings access it from their CX Portal. Where it appears depends on how the portal is configured — it may show in the navigation bar, on the homepage, or in a right-hand side panel.

Learning Managers (if applicable) have access to the same tabs as Admins but only see Learners assigned to them. This role is useful when someone other than an Admin is responsible for managing participant status and grading submissions.

Learning Paths

Learning Paths are Enablix's version of a course. Each Learning Path is made up of learning items — content from your Enablix library (files, URLs, and more) and assessments.

Learning Paths can be built in two formats:

  • Enablix Format — Mix of Enablix content and assessments, completed at the Learner's own pace
  • SCORM Format — For organizations using SCORM-compliant content

When adding a Learning Path, you'll select whether it is Internal (for Enablix users) or External (for CX Users).

Assessments

Learning Admins create and manage reusable assessment templates from the Assessment Templates tab. When adding or editing a Learning Path, assessments can be added directly — either by selecting an existing template or creating a new one from scratch. Completed assessments are reviewed and graded from the Submissions tab.

Assessment task types include:

  • Multiple choice
  • Free text
  • File upload
  • Video recording — Record directly in Enablix via the native Loom integration (no setup required — just click record)

All assessments are pass/fail. For tasks that require review — such as video recordings or file uploads — a Learning Administrator or Learning Manager (if applicable) can:

  • Approve — Mark the submission as passed
  • Reject — Mark as failed; the Learner is done
  • Reject & Retake — Allow the Learner to resubmit

An optional comment can be included with any decision — it will be sent to the Learner via email.

Enrollment

Learners are enrolled from the Learning Path itself. Enrollment can be done in three ways:

  • Manual enrollment — Learning Admins enroll Learners directly
  • Auto-enrollment — Learners are enrolled automatically based on their profile
  • Self-enrollment (CX Users only) — CX Users enroll themselves by clicking on a Learning Path presented to them in their CX Portal. No due date is assigned upon self-enrollment.

Auto-enrollment criteria:

  • Internal Enablix users — Based on system or business role (e.g. all users with the Sales role)
  • CX Users — Based on CX Account or segment (e.g. all users in CX Account Forrita)

From the Learning Path, Admins can also manage a Learner's enrollment status at any time — including changing a due date, unenrolling a Learner, or marking them as complete.

Certifications

From the Learning Path, Admins can also manage a Learner's enrollment status at any time — including changing a due date, unenrolling a Learner, or marking them as complete.

Email Notifications

Internal Learners receive email notifications when they are:

  • Enrolled in a Learning Path
  • Approaching a due date
  • Overdue on a Learning Path

Internal Learners can update their notification preferences from their User Profile.

Learning Admins and Learning Managers (if applicable) receive:

  • A weekly stats summary email
  • An email notification when a new submission is ready to grade

CX Users — email notifications for CX Users are controlled at the Learning Path level. Admins managing Learning Paths where CX Users are enrolled can configure these settings from the Email Notifications tab within the Learning Path.

Insights

Learning Admins and Learning Managers (if applicable) can track training activity from the Insights tab. Learners can view the status of their own Learning Paths — not started, in progress, or completed — from My Learning Paths.
