What is Clake?

Clake is Enablix's AI-powered content intelligence engine. As content libraries grow, finding accurate, relevant information becomes harder — generic AI retrieval struggles at scale, and content quality issues compound the problem.

Clake can be used in two ways — as a general AI-powered search across your entire content library, or configured for specific use cases with enriched intelligence sets purpose-built for a particular context, like competitive signals, deal intelligence, or outcome data.

Clake is available across Enablix solutions — Sales Enablement, CX, and Learnings — and setup is included for existing customers.


How It Works

Clake's setup and configuration is handled entirely by the Enablix team — no technical lift required on your end. Once set up, your team can start exploring and querying your content intelligence right away.

Behind the scenes, Clake follows a three-step process:

  1. Define Context — Enablix configures what intelligence to extract from your content library based on your use cases.
  2. Enrich Content — Clake's AI engine processes your content into structured intelligence sets, purpose-built for specific contexts like competitive signals, deal intelligence, or outcome data.
  3. Serve Intelligence — Enriched insights are surfaced directly within your Enablix workflows, or accessed via API.
