Enablix Clake (AI)
Overview
Clake is Enablix's AI engine and can be used in two ways — as a general AI chat experience across all your content, or configured for specific use cases such as competitive signals, deal intelligence, or outcome data.
Getting started with Enablix Clake is included with the purchase of any of our solutions.
Default Setup
Enablix's Clake setup is handled by Enablix, following a three-step process:
- Define Context — Enablix sets up what to look for in your content, based on how your team uses it.
- Enrich Content — Enablix Clake reads your content and organizes it into useful categories, like competitive info, deal insights, or results data.
- Serve Intelligence — Those insights show up right in Enablix, or can be accessed through other AI tools such as Claude or Copilot.
Custom Setup
Customization options include:
- Include or exclude specific Enablix content
- Add external sources, such as competitor websites
- Connect with tools like Claude, Copilot, Salesforce, and Gong
- Apply messaging and branding guidelines to match your organization
Getting Started
Enablix Clake is not turned on by default. Every organization has different AI guidelines, so we leave turning it on up to you. Whether you want to turn it on for the first time or explore customization options, contact your Enablix Customer Success Manager or our support team at help@enablix.com.
