Accessing Enablix

Enablix is available across multiple devices and platforms. Some give you the full experience, others a limited, on-the-go view.

Full Experience:

Web — Access from your browser at yourcompany.enablix.com
iPad — Access from your browser at yourcompany.enablix.com or our mobile app (search "Enablix" in your app store)
Salesforce — Access from the Enablix tab in Salesforce (requires CRM integration)

Limited Experience:

Mobile — Access from your browser at yourcompany.enablix.com or our mobile app (search "Enablix" in your app store)
Extensions — Access from browser extensions, email apps, and more

To navigate Enablix, use the left-hand navigation bar.

Home — Where you search and access content
My Stuff — Your user reporting dashboard
Content Manager — Manage content, workflows, and more
Insights (Admin only) — Your Admin reporting dashboard
Company Settings (Admin only) — Manage users, homepage, integrations, and more

To access your user profile, click your profile icon in the top-right corner.

User Details — Profile picture, job title, and more. If sharing Engagement Hubs or Microsites, your user details can be made visible.
Email Notification Preferences — Choose how you get notified when your accounts engage with content and more
Slack/Teams Integration — Connect with Slack or Teams to share content directly to a channel [learn more]
Email Integration — Connect your email and add your signature to share content via email directly from Enablix [learn more]
