Email Notifications

By default, when you share content externally and your accounts view it, you'll receive an email notification. You can control your email notification preferences in your user profile.

Additional notification options include:

• A one-time daily email summary of all accounts who viewed content that day
• Notifications for content you didn't share yourself, but are the owner or a collaborator on

My Stuff

Your personal reporting dashboard.

• Dashboard tab — Overview of what content you recently shared, what was recently viewed, and which accounts viewed it
• Content Activity tab — Individual content-level engagement tracking
• My Links tab — All content is shared via a trackable link. See exactly when you shared a specific link to content, whether it's been viewed, and which accounts viewed it
• Account Activity tab — Account-level engagement tracking (CRM integration required)
• Visitor Activity tab — Individual visitor-level engagement tracking
• Email Activity tab — View your sent emails, whether content shared in the email has been viewed, and which accounts viewed it. You can also view sent emails in your email's Sent folder

Content Insight

Provides individual, content-level engagement tracking. Access to tabs vary by role.

• Performance tab — If you shared the content externally, see whether it's been viewed, and which accounts viewed it. Admins can see all shares, even ones they didn't personally share
• Links tab — All content is shared via a trackable link. See exactly when you shared a specific link to content, whether it's been viewed, and which accounts viewed it. Admins can see all shares, even ones they didn't personally share
• Used In tab (Admin only) — See if the content is being used in other formats, such as Content Kits, Engagement Hubs, Microsites, and Learning
• All Activity tab (Admin only) — A complete audit history of the content — from which Enablix users accessed it to who last updated it
