Email Notifications

By default, when content you share gets viewed, you'll receive an email notification. Control your email notification preferences in your user profile.

Additional email notifications you can opt-in to:

One-time daily email summary of who viewed your shared content that day
Notifications for who viewed content that you didn't share yourself, but that you are the Owner or Collaborator on

Dashboard tab — Overview of what content you recently shared, what was recently viewed, and who viewed it
Content Activity tab — Individual content-level engagement tracking
My Links tab — All content is shared via a trackable link. See exactly when you shared a link to content, whether it's been viewed, and who viewed it
Account Activity tab — Account-level engagement tracking (CRM integration required)
Visitor Activity tab — Individual visitor-level engagement tracking
Email Activity tab — View your sent emails, whether content shared in the email has been viewed, and who viewed it. You can also view sent emails in your email's Sent folder

Content Insight

Individual content engagement tracking. All Enablix users have access to Content Insights, but access to specific tabs vary by role.

Performance tab — If you shared the content externally, see whether or not it's been viewed. Admins can see all views and who shared it
Links tab — All content is shared via a trackable link. See exactly when you shared a link to content and whether or not it's been viewed. Admins can see all shared links and views
Used In tab (Admin only) — See if the content is being used in other formats, such as Content Kits, Engagement Hubs, Microsites, and Learning
All Activity tab (Admin only) — Content audit history — from which Enablix users accessed it to who last updated it
