Ask AI
Search for content by asking questions in natural language, like “I need a case study for a prospect in the healthcare industry.” Ask AI works alongside browsing the Home page and searching by Content Types, Categories & Labels, and keywords.

ℹ️ Ask AI and all its features are included with Enablix, but each needs admin approval before it’s turned on. Depending on your setup, Ask AI may appear as a second search bar, and generating content may be turned off based on your organization’s content creation process. To turn on or set up any feature, contact your Enablix CSM or help@enablix.com.
Using Ask AI
To launch Ask AI, either:
- Click Ask AI to the right of the main search bar.
- Start typing your question in the main search bar, then click Ask AI in the dropdown.
Generating Content
Ask AI can also create new content or update existing content for you. Just ask, like “Write a follow-up email for a healthcare prospect using our latest case study” or “Create a one-page summary of our security features.” Ask AI uses your Enablix content as its source, and if your organization has added guidelines, every draft follows them.
Customizing Ask AI (admin only)
By default, Ask AI searches your Enablix content. But you can customize it to give your team even more relevant, on-brand answers:
- Add guidelines: Give Ask AI explicit instructions, like dos and don’ts, your organization’s tone, or context about your products, teams, and terminology, so every response reflects how your organization works and communicates.
- Expand its sources: Beyond your Enablix content, have Ask AI look at:
- Websites: Your website, competitor websites, or industry websites, so your team can ask questions like “How do we stack up against Competitor A?”
- Tools: Your CRM or call recording software, so your team can ask questions like “Based on my last call with ACME, what content should I share in a follow-up?”
Connecting to External AI Tools (admin only)
Search your Enablix content from AI tools like Claude. Enablix provides an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server, so external AI tools can surface your Enablix content in their responses.
