Managing CX Portals
💡 CX Portals are highly customizable. CX Portal Builder includes default options, but to discuss further customization, contact your Enablix CSM or help@enablix.com.
CX Portals
To Add a CX Portal
- Click CX Portals from the left-hand navigation.
- On the CX Portals tab, click the + icon.
- Enter the portal's Name and Browser Tab Title.
- Check Default CX Portal if you only have one CX Portal or want this one to be the default.
- If this CX Portal is specific to an account or account segment, select the account or account segment.
💡 You can complete steps 4 and 5 later, once your portal is staged and ready to go live.
To Customize a CX Portal
- Click CX Portals from the left-hand navigation.
- Click the CX Portal's name.
- From the upper-right corner:
- Edit details: To change the portal's name, browser tab title, or who can access it, click the pencil icon.
- Customize the portal: To change elements like the header or navigation bar, click Edit Portal Builder.
CX Portal Sections
To Add a CX Portal Section
- Click CX Portals from the left-hand navigation.
- On the CX Portal Sections tab, click the + icon.
- Select the section format: Content, HTML, or Dynamic Content.
- Enter the section's Name (internal), Title (external), and an optional Description (external).
- Select a Display Mode.
- Optionally, check Hide if Empty. We recommend this in case the content in this section isn't available to the account and user logging in.
- Once the section is created, click Manage Assets to the far right of the section to select which content shows.
To Add a CX Portal Section to a CX Portal
- Click CX Portals from the left-hand navigation.
- On the CX Portals tab, click the CX Portal's name.
- Click Edit Portal Builder in the upper-right corner.
