Accessing Your CX Portal

For Enablix Users

You manage and preview your CX Portal from Enablix at yourcompanyname.enablix.com. Since CX Portals are dynamic and can change by account or user, you preview them as a specific CX Account or User.

To Preview Your CX Portal:

From CX Accounts:

1. Click CX Accounts from the left-hand navigation.
2. On the Accounts or Users tab, click the account or user you want to preview as.

From CX Portals:

1. Click CX Portals from the left-hand navigation.
2. On the CX Portals tab, click the eye icon to the far right of the CX Portal.
3. When prompted, select the CX Account and CX User you want to preview as.

For CX Accounts and Users

How CX Accounts and Users access your CX Portal depends on your setup:

• Standalone: They log in through a white-labeled URL.
• Embedded: They log in through the app your CX Portal is embedded in, like your customer app.

Login methods also vary by setup and can include email and password, a one-time password, or SSO. If self-registration is enabled, CX Users can also sign up on their own instead of being added by your team.
