CX Add-Ons

CX supports add-ons for additional enablement needs. To learn more or enable an add-on, contact your Enablix CSM or help@enablix.com.

  • Deal Registration: CX Users can submit deal registrations or similar forms. The form and workflow can stay in Enablix or sync with a database like Salesforce.
  • Learning: Create learning paths and assessment quizzes to train and test your CX Users based on your enablement needs.
  • Data Widgets: Sync with a BI reporting tool like AWS QuickSight so CX Users can view reports in their CX Portal. With provisioning and row-level security, CX Users only see the data they're allowed to see based on their account, role, and more.
