Collaborators

When you add content, you're the asset's owner. As the asset's owner, you have additional permissions such as being able to edit the asset. The Collaborator feature allows you to extend those permissions to additional users.

• When you add a Collaborator, they will receive an email notification
• Collaborators can edit the asset
• If the asset is an owner's private asset (Save as My Content), Collaborators can access and edit
• When the asset is updated, all Collaborators will receive an email notification
  • This is beneficial if multiple users are responsible for maintaining the asset
