Standard vs. Custom Links

When sharing content from Enablix, how we capture visitor information is:

  • When you're emailing directly from Enablix, we capture the email ID.
  • When you're using our email extensions (Gmail or Outlook), we capture the email ID.
  • When you're copying the link from Enablix, we capture the Recipient ID or Account you entered.

If you're sharing content from Enablix through a sales engagement app (Salesloft, Outreach, MixMax) or through a marketing email app (HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo), we offer custom links when sharing using these platforms.

Please Note: Enablix offers the option for you to provide a custom domain for your Enablix portal. These are links a recipient would see. In this example, the custom domain is www.Sales.Forrita.com.

You'll see in the custom link examples that there are placeholders for the recipient's email ID as well as the sender's ID. For example, if you were setting up an email cadence for your sales team, your whole sales team could use it and get their own personal analytics.
