Finding Content
Search, filter, and browse your organization's content library. Search and filter by:
- Content Type — filter by type like blogs, presentations, or videos
- Categories & Labels — filter by product, industry, and more
- Keywords — search titles, metadata, or within the content itself (including document text and video transcripts)
Viewing Content
Click into the content to access it. You'll see:
Preview (right) — view the content directly on the page. If multiple formats are available (such as a file and URL), you can switch between them.
Metadata (left) — details that organize and describe the content, such as Content Type and Categories and Labels
Toolbar (top) — available actions:
- Edit — edit content
- Make a Copy — duplicate content
- Open URL — opens URL (available only if content is a URL)
- Download — downloads file (available only if content is a file)
- Bookmark — save content for quick access later
- Feedback — submit feedback on content
- Content Insight — see content's engagement data
- Preview — see content as external recipients would see it
- Share — share content
- More Actions — additional options vary based on your system role
