CX Portal Settings
First, add the content to Enablix, then define its CX Portal Settings to control:
- Whether it appears on the CX Portal
- Who can access it—all CX Users, specific CX Segments, or individual CX Accounts/CX Users
- Additional options like whether it's downloadable
