Overview
A Microsite is a branded content hub that lets you share multiple pieces from a single link.
Popular use cases:
- Company overview – Share your company story, capabilities, and team information in one place
- Product or solution spotlight – Highlight a specific offering with demos, specs, and case studies
- Account-specific resources – Create personalized hubs with custom presentations, call recordings, proposals, and tailored content
- Event materials – Share resources for in-person events, virtual webinars, or post-event recaps with recordings and slides

Adding Microsites
Depending on your use case, your admin may already have Microsites that are ready to share (jump to sharing Microsites). If you need to add your own:
Copying an Existing Microsite
- Recommended to maintain consistent branding
- Open a Microsite and click Make a Copy
- Video includes quick customizations
Adding a New Microsite from Scratch
- If you prefer or you don't have existing Microsites, you can start from scratch
- From the homepage click Add > Microsite
- Video includes all customizations
Tabs
Sharing a lot of content on your Microsite? Utilize tabs to help external recipients navigate it:

You share a Microsite like you would share any other content with external recipients. View all external sharing options.

Templates
To maintain consistent branding, we recommend an admin creates a Microsite to be used as a template. When searching for Microsites, templates are displayed first:

To create a Microsite template:
- Open a Microsite
- Hover over the three dots to the right of Share
- Click Set as Template
To remove a Microsite as a template, follow the same steps above and click Remove as Template.
