LinkedIn Messaging
You can share content via LinkedIn messaging in a few ways:
- Copy External Link
- Chrome extension
- LinkedIn plugin (recommended) — get the Enablix Chrome extension to automatically get the Enablix LinkedIn plugin when using Chrome or Edge
Using the LinkedIn plugin
- Open the extension and access the content you wish to share
- Click Copy Link
- You'll be asked to enter who you're sharing with for tracking purposes — but you can skip this step. Enablix automatically captures the recipient from the first person in your message.
- Click Copy Link and paste the link into your message
LinkedIn Posts
You can share content in a LinkedIn post in a couple of ways:
💡 The LinkedIn plugin is only available for messaging, not posts.
Since a LinkedIn post is public, you won't know exactly who's viewing it by default — but you can still measure clicks and engagement. To capture who's actually visiting, gate the link so recipients have to enter their email before viewing the content.
