Platform-Specific Sharing Links
If sharing via a template, sequence, or marketing email, use a platform-specific sharing link for the tool you're sharing from for better tracking data.
Automatically capture:
- Who received your content — even sending to thousands at once
- Who sent it, giving you personal engagement tracking at scale (great for personal outreach or team-wide templates)

To share a platform-specific sharing link:
- Hover over Share and click Copy External Link
- Skip entering who you're sharing with and click More
- Click the Share Using dropdown and select the platform-specific sharing link for the tool you're sharing from
- Click Copy Link and paste it into the intended tool
⚠️ Always paste the platform-specific sharing link directly into the tool you're sharing from — never into an intermediate app like Microsoft Word first. These sharing links contain placeholders that automatically capture who you shared with and who shared it. Apps like Word can reformat them and break those placeholders.
