Platform-Specific Sharing Links
If bulk sharing via a template, sequence, or marketing email, use a platform-specific sharing link for the tool you're using for better tracking data. These links automatically capture who received your content — even sending to thousands at once — along with who sent it, giving you personal engagement tracking at scale. That makes them great for personal outreach or team-wide templates.

To share using a platform-specific sharing link:
- Access the content you wish to share
- Hover over Share
- Click Copy External Link
- Skip entering who you're sharing with for tracking purposes, and click More
- Click the Share using dropdown and select the platform-specific sharing link of your choice
- Click Copy Link and paste it into the tool you use to communicate with your accounts
⚠️ Always paste the link directly into the platform you're sharing from — do not copy it into an intermediate app like Microsoft Word first. Tools like Word can automatically reformat URLs, which breaks the link's ability to capture who you're sharing with and who shared it.
