Sharing Platform Links
What Are Platform Links?
For some platforms, Enablix offers a direct extension — such as Chrome, Outlook, and Salesloft. For others, Enablix provides a platform link: a customized sharing link designed to be shared from that platform, automatically capturing who you're sharing with and who shared it — making them great for both personal and team use.
Enablix supports the following platform links:
- HubSpot
- Gong
- Marketo
- Outreach
- Salesforce
- Salesloft
Don't see a platform link in your Enablix setup or don't see one for the platform you use? Enablix offers flexible sharing options that can be configured for other platforms — reach out to your CSM or contact us at help@enablix.com.
Sharing Platform Links
- Hover over Share and select Copy External Link
- When prompted to enter who you're sharing with for tracking purposes, skip this step and click More
- In the Share Using dropdown, switch from the Standard Link to the platform link of your choice
- Click Copy Link and paste it directly into the platform you're sharing from*
*Always paste the link directly into the platform you're sharing from — do not copy it into an intermediate app like Microsoft Word first. Tools like Word can automatically reformat URLs, which breaks the link's ability to capture who you're sharing with and who shared it.
How Platform Links Work (Technical)
Platform links contain placeholders specific to the platform they're intended for. When shared from that platform, Enablix uses those placeholders to capture who you're sharing with and who shared it — whether that's an Enablix user or a general company email.
