Platform Links
Use platform links to share content through templates, sequences, and marketing emails. Platform links are designed for the specific platform you're sharing from, automatically capturing who you're sharing with and who shared it.
Enablix supports a variety of platform links, including HubSpot, Gong, Marketo, Outreach, Salesforce, and Salesloft.
Don't see a link for your platform? Request it at no additional cost by contacting your Enablix Customer Success Manager or reaching out at help@enablix.com.
How to Share Platform Links
- Open the content you want to share
- Hover over Share and select Copy External Link
- When prompted to enter who you're sharing with, skip this step and click More
- Click the Share Using dropdown and switch from Standard to the platform link of your choice
- Click Copy Link and paste it directly into the platform you're sharing from
Why share content in Enablix from a platform you already use?
Enablix adds to your metrics, not replaces them. You still get open and click rates from your existing platforms — Enablix layers on top of that.
Go deeper than open and click rates. Enablix tells you specifically who viewed your content and how long they spent on it.
See everything in one place. Combine insights from 1:1 sales outreach, sequences, and marketing campaigns — all in Enablix.
How Platform Links Work
Platform links contain placeholders specific to the platform they're intended for. When shared from that platform, Enablix uses those placeholders to capture the individual recipient and the email that shared it — whether that's an Enablix user or a general company email.
- Salesforce example —
...?atProspectId={{{Recipient.Email}}}&atSenderId={{{Sender.Email}}}&atChannel=DNTRCK - HubSpot example —
...?atProspectId={{contact.email}}&atSenderId={{content.author_email}}&atChannel=WEB
Troubleshooting Platform Links
The platform link didn't capture the recipient or sender — what went wrong?
Do not alter the link formatting in any way after copying it (except for adding UTM parameters). The placeholders in the link must remain intact to capture tracking information correctly.
A common cause: pasting the link into an intermediate app like Microsoft Word before sharing. Word can automatically reformat URLs, breaking the placeholders. Always copy the link from Enablix and paste it directly into the platform you're sharing from.
How do I add UTM parameters?
UTM parameters can't be added within Enablix, but you can manually append them to the end of the link after copying it. Only add to the end — do not modify any part of the original link.
