Save Options

When adding or editing content, you must select a save option:

    • Publish - Newly added content or edits are available to all Enablix users
    • Request Approval - Request administrator approval to make newly added content or edits available to all Enablix users
    • Save as My Content - Newly added content or edits are only available to the Owner (the user who added it), administrators, and Collaborators (if applicable)

All users can add content and edit content, but save options are dependent on your system role (e.g. not all users can publish content).
