Save Options
When adding or editing content, you must select a save option:
- Publish - Content is available to all Enablix users
- Request Approval - Request admin approval to make the content available to all Enablix users
- Track your requests in Content Manager > My Requests; admins review them in the Requests tab
- Save as My Content - Content is only available to the Owner (the user who added it), admins, and Collaborators (if applicable)

All users can add and edit content, but save options are dependent on your system role (e.g. not all users can Publish content).
