Only admins can access:

My Requests (all users)

When you save content as request approval, you can track your requests here. You can update or withdraw them.

Verification (all users)

When content was last added or updated one year ago, it appears here. This helps you identify stale content and reduce the need for manual audits.

The default verification period is 1 year for all content types. Admins can adjust this to as little as 30 days for sensitive content types like pricing in Company Settings > Content Types > [select Content Type] > Verify in Days:

System roles admin and approved contributor view all content due for verification that's published or they're the owner of. Other roles only view content due for verification they're the owner of.

Feedback (all users)

When you submit feedback on content, you can view your feedback here.

System roles admin and approved contributors view all users submitted feedback.

Assets (admin & approved contributors)

View all content in Enablix here—published and owner's private content. You can bulk edit content as well as export a list of content. The export includes the content's metadata, not the content themselves.

Imports (admin & approved contributors)

When you import content, you can check the status and view imported content here.

Quality Issues (admin & approved contributors)

Content is checked nightly for issues such as duplicates and invalid URLs.

  • After fixing an issue, the asset remains here until the next check
  • You can ignore issues as well as delete or archive the content

Requests (admin)

When users save content as request approval, you can review content requests here. Approve or reject with optional comments sent to the user. You can edit content before approving or rejecting it.

Access Requests (admin)

If content has an access group, users who aren't apart of the access group can request access. You can review access requests here. Approve or reject it with optional comments sent to the user.
