Content Manager (Workflows)
Manage content and workflows in one place. All users have access to Content Manager, but the tabs available vary based on your system role.
All users:
Admins only:
My Requests
When you add or edit content and save it as Request Approval, you can track the status of your submissions here. You also have the option to update or withdraw a request.

Verification
Content that hasn't been added or updated in the past year appears here. Use this tab to identify potentially stale content and keep your library relevant and easy to navigate.
- Still relevant? — Click Verify to reset the clock
- Outdated? — Click Archive or Delete to remove it

The default verification window is one year, but Admins can adjust it by Content Type to as little as 30 days. To update, go to Company Settings > Content Types > select a Content Type > Verify in Days.

Most users will only see content they own here. Admins will see all content.
Feedback
When you submit feedback on a piece of content, you can view it here. You also have the option to archive or unarchive feedback.

Assets — Admin only
Admins can view all content in Enablix — both published and private. This tab includes advanced search filters, the ability to export content lists, and bulk editing for up to 50 items at a time.

Imports — Admin only
When Admins add content in bulk using the import tool, they can check the status and view recent imports here.

Quality Issues — Admin only
Enablix runs a nightly check to flag content with quality issues — things like duplicate titles or invalid URLs. Admins can review and resolve flagged content here.
- After fixing an issue, the content remains in this tab until the next nightly check runs
- Not an issue? — Click Ignore to dismiss it
- You can also delete or archive content directly from this tab

Requests — Admin only
When users add or edit content and save it as Request Approval, Admins review and act on those submissions here. You can approve or reject requests, and edit content before approving if needed.

Access Requests — Admin only
If a user tries to access content assigned to an Access Group they don't belong to, they can request access. Admins review and approve or reject those requests here.
