Content Manager
All users have access to Content Manager, but the tabs you can access depend on your system role. Content Manager tabs include:
- My Requests
- Verification
- Feedback
- Assets (administrative feature)
- Imports (administrative feature)
- Requests (administrative feature)
- Quality Issues (administrative feature)
- Access Requests (administrative feature)
My Requests
When you add or edit content by selecting Request to Publish, you can view your requests here. You can open the asset to update or withdraw your request at any time.

Verification
Content is flagged for Verification after 1 year without updates. This helps prevent stale content and eliminates the need for manual content audits.

Verification is set at the Content Type level. By default, all Content Types are set to be verified in 1 year. For more sensitive Content Types such as Pricing, administrators can adjust this timeframe in Company Settings > Content Types > [select Content Type] > Verify in Days:

Feedback
Users can submit content feedback on all assets. You can view and archive submitted feedback here.

To submit feedback, open an asset and click Feedback from the top toolbar. If there's already feedback for the asset, it will show here.

Assets (administrative feature)
Administrators can view all content here. Use this tab to perform advanced searches (such as filtering by 'Access - Owner's Private Content') and export content lists.

Imports
Administrators can import content and check the status of their import here.

Requests (administrative feature)
Administrators can review content that users have submitted via Request to Publish here. They can approve or reject these requests adding optional contents that will be emailed to the user who submitted the request. Administrators can also open the content to make edits before approving or rejecting.

Quality Issues (administrative feature)
Enablix checks your content for 10 different issue types each night.
- After addressing an issue, the asset will remain here until the next nightly check
- If you don't want to address the issue or be notified again, you can ignore it

Issues range from 'Asset with Invalid Owner' (when an Owner is no longer an Enablix user) to 'Invalid URL.' View all issue types by clicking Filters > Issue Type:

Access Requests (administrative feature)
If content is not available to you, it's either:
- Owner's Private Content (Save as My Content) and you're not the Owner, administrator, or Collaborator
- Published with an Access Group you don't belong to
You can request access, and administrators will approve or reject your request here.
