My Requests
When you add or edit content and save it as Request Approval, your pending requests appear here. You can update or withdraw a request at any time.

Verification
Content that hasn't been added or updated in the past year appears here, flagging it as potentially outdated. Use this tab to keep your library relevant and easy to navigate.
- Still relevant? Select Verify to reset the clock
- Outdated? Select Archive or Delete

The default verification window is one year. Admins can adjust this per Content Type to as few as 30 days in Company Settings > Content Types.

Most users see only content they own. Admins and Approved Contributors see all content.
Feedback
Content feedback you've submitted appears here. You can archive or unarchive feedback from this tab.

Most users see only feedback they've submitted. Admins, Approved Contributors, and Insights Users see all feedback.
Assets
Admin, Approved Contributor, and Insights User only
View all content in Enablix — both published and owner's private content. This tab includes advanced search filters, content list exports, and bulk editing for up to 50 items at a time.

Imports
Admin and Approved Contributor only
When content is added in bulk via import, you can check import status and review recent imports here.

Quality Issues
Admin and Approved Contributor only
Enablix runs a nightly check to identify content with quality issues — from duplicate titles to invalid URLs. Review and resolve flagged content here.
- After fixing an issue, content remains in this tab until the next nightly check runs
- Select Ignore to dismiss an issue without making changes
- Content can also be archived or deleted directly from this tab

Requests
Admin only
When users save content additions or edits as Request Approval, review and act on those requests here. You can approve or reject requests, and edit content before approving if needed.

Access Requests
Admin only
When a user attempts to access content restricted to an Access Group they don't belong to, they can submit an access request. Review and approve or reject those requests here.
