Content Manager
All users have access to Content Manager, but the tabs you can access are dependent on your system role.

My Requests
When you add or edit content selecting Request to Publish, track your requests here. Open the content to update or withdraw your request:

Verification
Content is flagged for Verification after 1 year without updates. This helps prevent stale content and eliminates the need for manual content audits:

Verification is set at the Content Type level. By default, all Content Types are set to be verified in 1 year. For more sensitive Content Types such as Pricing, admins can adjust this timeframe in Company Settings > Content Types tab > [select Content Type] > Verify in Days:

Feedback
When feedback is submitted for content, you can view all feedback here. Once you've addressed it, you can archive the feedback:

To submit feedback on content, open the content and click Feedback from the top toolbar. When feedback is submitted, admins are alerted via email:

Assets (admin feature)
Admins can view all content here. You can perform advanced searches (such as filtering by "Access - Owner's Private Content") and export content lists:

Imports (admin feature)
Admins can import content and check the status of their import here:

Requests (admin feature)
Admins can review content that users have submitted via Request to Publish here. They can approve or reject these requests adding optional contents that will be emailed to the user who submitted the request. Admins can also open the content to make edits before approving or rejecting it:

Quality Issues (admin feature)
Enablix runs a nightly check on your content for 10 different issue types.
- After addressing an issue, the asset will remain here until the next nightly check
- If you don't want to address an issue, you can ignore it to stop receiving notifications

Issues range from Asset with Invalid Owner (when an Owner is no longer an Enablix user) to Invalid URL. View all issue types by clicking Filters > Issue Type:

Access Requests (admin feature)
If content is not available to you, it's either:
- Owner's Private Content (Save as My Content) and you're not the Owner, an admin, or a Collaborator
- Published with an Access Group you don't belong to
