My Requests
When you save content as request approval, track your requests here. You can update or withdraw them.
Verification
Content not updated in over a year appears here. This helps you identify stale content and reduce manual audits.
The default verification period is 1 year for all content types. Admins can adjust this to as little as 30 days for sensitive content types like pricing in Company Settings > Content Types > [select Content Type] > Verify in Days:

Admins and approved contributors see all content not updated in over a year, while other system roles only see content they're the owner of.
Feedback
View your submitted feedback here. Admins and approved contributors see all users' feedback.
Assets (admin & approved contributors)
View all content here, including owner's private content. Export your content library from hereāthe export includes the content's metadata, not the content themselves:

Imports (admin & approved contributors)
Check the status and view imported content here.
Quality Issues (admin & approved contributors)
Content is checked nightly for issues such as duplicates and invalid URLs.
- After fixing an issue, the asset remains here until the next check
- Ignore issues you don't want to address to stop receiving notifications
