To change a Content Type, hover over the three dots to the right of Share and select Change Content Type:

Admins can manage Content Types in Company Settings > Content Types.
Categories & Labels (recommended)
Organize content by industry, product, and more:

Admins can manage Categories and Labels in Company Settings > Categories & Labels.
Version Date
Defaults to the date content was added or last edited — you can manually select a different date if needed:

Search results display content by latest version date first:

Description
An internal description — only visible to Enablix users:

Excerpt
An external description — visible to recipients when content is:
- Shared via email from Enablix
- Included in a shared Microsite or Engagement Hub

Shareable
Controls who the content can be shared with:
- Externally Shareable — Can be shared with external recipients
- Internal & Confidential — Can only be shared with other Enablix users

Access Groups
By default, published content is visible to all users. Adding Access Groups (such as "Admin Only" or "Approved for Sales") restricts it to specific user groups.

Admins can add, edit, and manage access groups in Company Settings > Access tab.
Collaborators
When you add Collaborators to a piece of content, they can:
- Access the content if it was saved as My Content (in addition to the Owner and Admins)
- Edit the content
- Receive email notifications when the content is updated or deleted

Thumbnails
Enablix automatically generates thumbnails for most content. If it can't (e.g. the file format isn't supported), you can upload one manually.
Thumbnails are visible when content is:
- Shared via email from Enablix
- Included in a shared Microsite or Engagement Hub

Recommended thumbnail size: 360x200 pixels.
For MP4 content, you can also click Select Video Thumbnail in the top right to choose a frame from the video as the thumbnail:

Owner
The Owner is the user who added the content:

To change the Owner, hover over the three dots to the right of Share and select Change Owner:

Properties
Need more organizational options? Properties are customizable metadata fields that let you organize content beyond the standard options.

Admins can manage Properties in Company Settings > Properties.
