Editing, Deleting, & Archiving
System roles admin and approved contributors can bulk edit, delete, and archive/unarchive content in Content Manager > Assets.
Editing Content
To edit content, click the pencil icon in the top toolbar:

Make your edits and save your changes.
To add a new file version, click the upload icon below the file name and select your new file. To update a URL, delete the current URL and enter the new one:

To change the content type or owner, hover over the three dots to the right of Share and select Change Owner or Change Content Type:

Deleting Content
To delete content, hover over the three dots to the right of Share and select Delete:

When content is deleted:
- It is permanently deleted
- All reporting is erased, including analytics on Enablix users who accessed it, external recipients who visited it, etc.
Archiving Content
To archive content, hover over the three dots to the right of Share and select Archive:

When content is archived:
- Only published content can be archived - once archived, it's only accessible to system roles admin and approved contributors
- Access archived content in Content Manager > Assets
- All reporting remains intact
- It can be unarchived by hovering over the three dots to the right of Share and selecting Unarchive
