Editing Content
On content click the pencil icon:

Make your edits and save your changes.
All users can edit content, but save options are dependent on your system role (e.g. not all users can Publish content).
To add a new file version, click the upload icon under the file name. To update a URL, delete the previous URL and add the new one:

To change the Content Type or Owner, hover over the three dots to the right of Share:

What's the difference between editing vs. deleting content?
- When you edit content:
- Previously shared links automatically reflect the newest version
- All engagement history is preserved
- When you delete content:
- Previously shared links break and no longer work
- Engagement history is lost
Admins can edit up to 50 pieces of content at a time from Content Manager > Assets tab:
