Saving Options
All users can add or edit content, but saving options vary depending on your system role.
- Publish Content becomes accessible to all users
- Request Approval Requires admin approval for content to become accessible to all users
- In Content Manager, track your requests in My Requests; admins review requests in Requests
- Save as My Content (Owner's Private Content) Content is only accessible to you, admins, and collaborators (if applicable)
