How to Search Content
Finding content in Enablix is simple.
Searching Content
From the homepage, browse or search content using our interactive search. Search by:
- Content types (e.g. blog, presentation, video)
- Categories & labels (e.g. industry, product, service)
- Keywords
Viewing Content
When you open content you'll see:
- Preview on the right If there are multiple formats you can switch between them (e.g. file and URL)
- Metadata on the left Organizes your content
- Toolbar at the top Available actions (from left to right):
- Edit
- Make a Copy
- Open URL (if a URL)
- Download (if a file)
- Bookmark
- Feedback
- Content Insight (reporting)
- Preview (what external recipients see)
- Share
- More actions*
*Options under More Actions vary based on your system role.
Bookmarks
Bookmark content or labels for easy access later and to stay in the know on new content.
Bookmarking Content
Receive an email notification each time when content you've bookmarked gets updated or deleted. To bookmark content, open the content you want to bookmark and click Bookmark Asset:
Bookmarking Labels
Receive a daily email notification if new content gets added that day with labels you've bookmarked. To bookmark labels, search the label you want to bookmark and click Bookmark Label:
Accessing Bookmarks
Access your bookmarks from extensions or from the Enablix homepage by clicking Bookmarks:
