Design options for:


CX Portal Login Page

If you require CX Users to sign in to access the CX Portal, your Enablix Customer Success Manager will help you design the login page during setup. Example login page:

CX Portal Homepage

When creating CX Portals:

    • Single portal: Automatically set as the Default CX Portal (all CX Users access it)
    • Multiple portals: Create a Default CX Portal plus additional portals assigned to specific audiences using CX Account Segments or individual CX Accounts

While you can assign which CX Portal a CX User accesses, their content access is controlled by each content item's CX Portal Settings.

Once you've created your CX Portal(s), you can customize the experience:
