- Extensions LinkedIn, Outlook, & more (view all sharing extensions)
- Salesforce When integrated (requires Enablix CRM add-on)
Full experience Access on web, iPad, or Salesforce.
Streamlined experience Access on mobile app and extensions. You can still browse, search, and share content*, but adding, editing, deleting content, and viewing reporting are not supported.
*Limited sharing options.

Setting Up Your User Profile
To open your User Profile settings, in the upper right-hand corner, click your profile icon and select User Profile:
From here you can update the following settings:
- User details Profile picture and contact information
- Email notifications Preferences for when external recipients view content and more
- Slack or Microsoft Teams Integrate to share content via a Slack or Teams channel
- Mailbox integration Integrate and add your email signature to share content from Enablix via email
