Copy External Link
Copy External Link to share content by copying and pasting the link to wherever you communicate with prospects and customers (email, LinkedIn, text).
- Hover over Share and select Copy External Link
- For reporting purposes, enter in who you're sharing it with (name, email, or account)
- Click Copy Link and paste the link to wherever you communicate with prospects and customers (email, LinkedIn, text)
Common Question: What happens if I don't enter in who I'm sharing the content with?
- We'll still track when the content gets viewed, but we won't be able to identify who's viewing it
- Instead of seeing 'Amy Rhodes from Bank of America viewed Sales Deck,' you'll see 'Someone from [Visitor's Location] visited Sales Deck'
