Copy External Link

Use Copy External Link to share content with external recipients. Sharing with an Enablix user? Use Copy Internal Link instead.

  1. Open the content you want to share
  2. Hover over Share and click Copy External Link
  3. Enter who you're sharing with (name, email, or account) — used for tracking purposes
  4. Click Copy Link and paste it wherever you communicate with your contacts

💡 Tip: Since content is shared as a link, you can customize the link settings — download permissions, restrict access, and more.
