Copy External Link

Use Copy External Link when sharing with prospects and customers. Use Copy Internal Link when sharing with Enablix users.

  1. Hover over Share and click Copy External Link
  2. Enter who you're sharing with for tracking purposes
    • Individual recipient? Add their name or email
    • Multiple recipients? Add their account name
  1. Click Copy Link and paste the link to share wherever you communicate

Tip: Since content is shared as a link, you can update the link's settings at any time — including download permissions, access restrictions, and more.
