Sharing Internally
Use internal sharing to collaborate with other Enablix users. Unlike external sharing options, these prompt recipients to sign into Enablix — giving them the full experience.

Copy Internal Link
Use Email Internally to share with other Enablix users. Sharing with an external recipient? Use Email instead.
- Open the content you want to share
- Hover over Share and click Email Internally
- Compose and send your email
If you haven't integrated your email yet, you'll be prompted to do so via your User Profile.
Share on Slack or Teams
Share content with Enablix users via a Slack or Teams channel.
- Open the content you want to share
- Hover over Share and click Share on Slack or Teams*
- Select the channel you want to share to
If you haven't connected Slack or Teams yet, you'll be prompted to do so in your User Profile.
Email Internally
Use Email Internally to share with Enablix users via email. (Looking to share with external recipients? Use Email instead.)
- Open the content you want to share
- Hover over Share and click Email Internally*
- Start your email — learn more about emailing from Enablix
If you haven't connected your email yet, you'll be prompted to do so in your User Profile.
