Sharing Content Internally (Enablix Users)

You share content differently with other Enablix users than you would with prospects and customers.

When clicking links from these sharing methods, users are prompted to sign into Enablix if they're not already signed in.

Copy Internal Link

Hover over Share and click Copy Internal Link.

    • Unlike with Copy External Link, you will not be prompted to enter who you're sharing the content with since the recipient is an Enablix user

Share on Slack/Teams

Hover over Share and click Share on Slack or Share on Teams.

    • If you haven't integrated with Slack or Teams yet, you will be prompted to do so
    • You can only share content to channels, not individual users

Email Internally

Hover over Share and click Email Internally.

    • Email Internally works like Email, but you can only send to other Enablix users
