Sharing Content Internally

Share content with other Enablix users by:

Common FAQ: What's different about sharing internally?

  • Links shared using these methods prompt you to sign into Enablix to view the content
  • When Enablix users access content, it's tracked separately from how prospects and customers view it to avoid skewing your metrics

Copy Internal Link

Copy Internal Link to share content by copying and pasting the link to wherever you communicate with with your team.

  • Hover over Share and select Copy Internal Link
  • Paste the link to wherever you communicate with your team

Note: Unlike with Copy External Link, you won't have to enter in who you're sharing it with since they'll be prompted to sign in


Share on Slack or Teams

Share on Slack or Teams to share content via a Slack or Teams channel with your team.

  • Hover over Share and select Share on Slack or Teams
  • Select the channel you want to share to
  • If you haven't integrated with Slack or Teams from your User Profile, you'll be prompted to do so

Note: You can only share to channels, not individual users.


Email Internally

Email content to your team from Enablix.

  • Hover over Share and select Email Internally
  • If you haven't integrated your email from from your User Profile, you'll be prompted to do so (you can only add your signature from your User Profile)

Note: Works just like Email with the only except being you can only send it to other Enablix users. Learn more about emailing including sending an email, email drafts, and where to view your sent emails here.
