Internal Sharing
Use internal sharing methods to share with Enablix users. Unlike other sharing methods, recipients will be prompted to sign into Enablix to view the content.
Copy Internal Link
Use Copy Internal Link when sharing with Enablix users. Use Copy External Link when sharing with prospects and customers.
- Hover over Share and click Copy Internal Link
- Paste the link wherever you communicate
Share on Slack or Teams
Share content with Enablix users via a Slack or Teams channel.
- Hover over Share and click Share on Slack or Teams*
- Select the channel you want to share to
*If you haven't connected your account yet, you'll be prompted to do so.
Email Internally
Use Email Internally when sharing with Enablix users. Use Email to share with prospects and customers.
- Hover over Share and click Email Internally*
- Compose and send your email [learn more]
*If you haven't connect your email yet, you'll be prompted to do so. Don't forget to add your email signature in your User Profile.
