Integrate your email to share content via email directly from Enablix. You can also use our extensions for Outlook or Gmail.

Integrating Your Email
Open your User Profile:

At the bottom of page under mailbox integration click Add and select your mailbox type (Gmail or Microsoft Office 365):

Follow the prompts to integrate your email. Once your email is integrated, click Settings to add your email signature:

Having issues integrating your email? Make sure popup blockers are disabled and follow all prompts (you may need to grant permissions). If you're still having issues contact our support help@enablix.com.
Sending Your Email
Start your email from either:
- The homepage—click the email icon
- Any content—click Share > Email (use Share > Email Internally if sharing content with other Enablix Users)
Multi-Send
Sending to multiple recipients? Enable multi-send when composing your email. With multi-send:
- Each recipient receives their own copy of the email—they won't know you emailed anyone else
- When recipients view content, you'll know exactly who it is
- Supports personalized tokens (e.g. hey {{First Name}})
Viewing Sent Emails
View sent emails in:
- Your email's sent folder
- My Stuff > Email Activity tab (your sent emails)
- Insights > Email Activity tab (all sent emails - not all users have accessed to this)
When in My Stuff or Insights Email Activity tabs, you can find out if content is being viewed that's shared in the email under Activity Count:

To find out which content is being viewed and which recipients are viewing it, click into the email's subject and switch to the Activity tab:

Enablix tracks when recipients click on links to view content you've shared—not when they open your email.
