Use Email when sharing with prospects and customers. Use Email Internally when sharing with Enablix users.
Connecting Your Email
- Open your User Profile
- Under Mailbox Integration, click Add and select your mailbox type (Gmail or Outlook)
- Follow the prompts — note: you may need to disable any popup blockers
- Once connected, click Settings to add your email signature

Sending Emails
Start your email from the homepage or the content you want to share:
Tip: Since content is shared as a link, you can update the link's settings at any time — including download permissions, access restrictions, and more.
Viewing Sent Emails
View sent emails from your email's sent folder or in My Stuff > Email Activity tab. From here, see each email's recipient count, activity count*, and more:

*Activity Count — number of times shared content in the email was viewed.
Click into the email's subject line to:
- Preview tab — view the email and its recipients
- Activity tab — see which prospects and customers viewed which content

Note: Enablix tracks when prospects and customers view shared content in the email, not email opens.
