Use Email to share content with external recipients. (Sharing with an Enablix user? Use Email Internally instead.)

Email Integration & Signature

To integrate your email and add your signature:

  1. Click your profile icon in the top right and select User Profile
  2. Under Mailbox Integration, click Add and select your mailbox type (Outlook or Gmail)
  3. Follow the prompts to connect your mailbox
  4. Once connected, click Settings and add your email signature

Having trouble integrating? Make sure popup blockers are disabled and follow all prompts — you may need to opt in. If you're still having issues, reach out to us at help@enablix.com.


Sending Emails

Start an email from either:

  • The homepage — click the email icon
  • Any content — hover over Share and select Email

Tip: Since content is shared as a link, you can customize the link settings — download permissions, restrict access, and more.


Viewing Sent Emails

View sent emails from:

  • Your email's sent folder (Outlook or Gmail)
  • My Stuff > Email Activity

In My Stuff > Email Activity, check the Activity Count column to see if content shared in an email has been viewed:

Click an email's subject line to:

  • Preview the email and view recipients
  • Switch to the Activity tab to see which content was viewed and by whom
