Email

Use Email when sharing with prospects and customers. Use Email Internally when sharing with Enablix users.

Prefer to email from your own mailbox? Try out our Gmail or Outlook extension.


Connecting Your Email

  1. Open your User Profile
  2. Under Mailbox Integration, click Add and select your mailbox type (Gmail or Outlook)
  3. Follow the prompts — note: you may need to disable any popup blockers
  4. Once connected, click Settings to add your email signature

Sending Emails

Start your email from the homepage or the content you want to share:

Tip: Since content is shared as a link, you can update the link's settings at any time — including download permissions, access restrictions, and more.


Viewing Sent Emails

View sent emails from your email's sent folder or in My Stuff > Email Activity tab. From here, see each email's recipient count, activity count*, and more:

*Activity Count — number of times shared content in the email was viewed.

Click into the email's subject line to:

  • Preview tab — view the email and its recipients
  • Activity tab — see which prospects and customers viewed which content

Note: Enablix tracks when prospects and customers view shared content in the email, not email opens.
