Email content to prospects and customers directly from Enablix.

Integrating Your Email
To integrate your email and add your signature:
- Open your User Profile:

- At the bottom of the page under Mailbox Integration, click Add and select your mailbox type:

- Follow the prompts to integrate - once integrated, click Settings and add your email signature:

Having trouble integrating your email? Make sure popup blockers are disabled and follow all prompts (you may need to opt in to grant permissions). If you're still experiencing trouble, please contact our support help@enablix.com.
Sending An Email
Start your email from either:
- The homepage—click the email icon
- Any content—click Share > Email to email prospects and customers or Email Internally to email other Enablix users
Emailing multiple prospects and customers?
- Opt in to Multi-Send by selecting the checkbox next to it
- Each recipient receives their own copy of the email
- Supports personalized tokens (e.g. {{First Name}})
Viewing Sent Emails
View sent emails from:
- Gmail or Outlook sent folder
- My Stuff > Email Activity
In My Stuff > Email Activity, see if content shared in the email has been viewed under Activity Count:

Click the email's subject line to:
- Preview tab Preview the email and view it's recipient(s)
- Activity tab If content shared in the email has been viewed, see which content and which recipient viewed it
