Enablix & Gmail

Use the Enablix Chrome Extension to share content with external recipients directly from Gmail. The extension works with both Chrome and Edge — get it in the Chrome Web Store.

  1. Open the extension and find the content you want to share
  2. Click Copy Link
  3. When prompted to enter who you're sharing with, you can skip this step — Enablix automatically captures the recipient from who you're emailing
  4. Click Copy Link and paste it into your email


💡 Tip: Since content is shared as a link, you can customize link settings — including download permissions, access restrictions, and more.
