Enablix Outlook Extension

Use the Enablix Outlook Extension to share content with external recipients directly from Outlook. The extension works for both web and desktop — get it in the Microsoft Marketplace.

1. Open the extension and find the content you want to share
2. Click Copy Link
3. When prompted to enter who you're sharing with, you can skip this step — Enablix automatically captures the recipient from who you're emailing
4. Click Insert Link — the link will be inserted directly into the email body

Make sure to enter the recipient's email address before inserting the link so Enablix can capture who you're sharing with.
