Categories & Labels (Company Settings)
Organize your content by industry, solution, service, and more. Users can apply and remove labels when adding or editing content. Admins can manage categories and labels in Company Settings > Categories & Labels:

Adding Categories & Labels
To add a new category:
- Click the + button
- Enter the category's plural and singular name (used for search)
- Optionally, update the color

To add a new label:
- Click the + inside the category you want to add the label to
- Enter the label's full name and short name (used for search)

Editing or Deleting Categories & Labels
- To edit or delete a category — Click the pencil icon to the right of the category
- To edit or delete a label — Click the three horizontal bars (Manage Labels)

Exporting Metadata
Click the document icon to export a list of metadata — the list will be sent to you via email. The export includes:
- Categories and labels
- Content Types
- Properties
