Categories

Organizes your content by industry, solution, service, and more. Users can add and remove labels when adding or editing content, while admins can add, edit, or delete the categories and labels here.

Common Question: What's the difference between categories and labels?

Categories and labels work together as a hierarchy. For example, 'Industry' would be a category, and specific industries like 'Healthcare' or 'Financial Services' would be the labels. Users can search for content by first selecting a category to view its labels, or by searching for a label.

Adding Categories & Labels

To add a new category:

  1. Click the blue + button
  2. Enter the category's plural and singular name (for search purposes)
  3. Option to change color

To add a new label:

  1. Click the blue + in the category you're wanting to add the label to
  2. Enter the label's full name and short name (for search purposes)

Editing or Deleting Categories & Labels

To edit or delete a category, click the pencil to the right of the category.

To edit or delete a label, click the three horizontal bars (Manage Labels).
