Properties for Content

While properties may look similar to categories and labels, they work differently:

Categories and labels You select from all categories and labels

Properties You select from a specific dropdown of options defined

Targeted Properties can be added only to relevant content types (e.g. you might add a "Language" property only to content types that support multilingual content)

Enforcement Properties can be set as required

Properties for Users' Business Roles

Business roles are properties. These are used on user profiles. Business roles help you organize your user by department (e.g. marketing, sales, customer success). These can be used to sort users, create access groups, and filter reporting in Insights—like viewing which sales users have logged into Enablix.
