Content Types

What the content is—blog post, presentation, video, etc.  When adding content, users are required to select a content type. Admins can add, edit, or delete content types here, including configuring what each content type supports (e.g., 2 files, an email message, etc.).

Adding Content Types

  1. Click the blue + button
  2. Enter the content type's plural and singular name (for search purposes)
  3. If applicable, select if the content type you're creating is a Content Kit, Microsite, or Engagement Hub (you cannot edit this later)
  4. Select the default shareable value (when adding individual content, you can override this default if needed)
  5. Select the verify in days

Editing or Deleting Content Types

Click the checkbox to the left of the content type's name or click the name.

    • If clicking the checkbox to the left of the content type's name, select the pencil or trash can icon above to edit or delete  it
    • If clicking the content type's name, from there you can edit or delete it
