Content Types
What the content is—blog post, presentation, video, etc. When adding content, users are required to select a content type. Admins can add, edit, or delete content types here, including configuring what each content type supports (e.g., 2 files, an email message, etc.).

Adding Content Types
- Click the blue + button
- Enter the content type's plural and singular name (for search purposes)
- If applicable, select if the content type you're creating is a Content Kit, Microsite, or Engagement Hub (you cannot edit this later)
- Select the default shareable value (when adding individual content, you can override this default if needed)
- Select the verify in days
Editing or Deleting Content Types
Click the checkbox to the left of the content type's name or click the name.
- If clicking the checkbox to the left of the content type's name, select the pencil or trash can icon above to edit or delete it
- If clicking the content type's name, from there you can edit or delete it
Exporting Your Metadata
Click the document icon to export a list of metadata (sent via email). This includes:
- Content types
- Categories and labels
- Properties
