CX Account & User Segments

Attributes are:

  • Account- or user-based
  • Customizable to your business needs (e.g. enterprise, service, region)
  • Used to control CX User access and reporting purposes

Using attributes, in CX Accounts > CX Account Segments and CX User Segment tabs, you can add, modify, and delete segments:
