CX Segments

Attributes are:

  • Account- or user-based
  • Customizable to your business needs (e.g. enterprise, service, region)
  • Used for segments or for reporting purposes

Segments can be used to control which CX Portal a CX User accesses (CX Portal Assignment) or which content is available to a CX User (CX Portal Settings).

In CX Accounts > CX Account Segment or CX User Segment tabs, you can add, modify, or delete segments:
