Overview
With Enablix you can:
- Find — Access your organization's approved content library
- Share — Share content via trackable links with your team, prospects, and customers, either directly from Enablix or through extensions
- Track — See who's viewing your content, how long they're spending on it, and whether they're downloading it
Your User Profile
Update your user profile by clicking your profile icon, then selecting User Profile:

From there you can update:
- User Details — Your contact information, such as your name, photo, and title
- Email Notification Preferences — Which email notifications you receive
- Slack or Microsoft Teams Integration — Connect your Slack or Microsoft Teams account to share content to your messaging app
- Mailbox Integration — Connect your mailbox to share content via email
How to Navigate Enablix
Navigate Enablix using the left-hand navigation bar:
- Home — Browse and search your organization's approved content library
- My Stuff — Your personal reporting dashboard (engagement tracking on your shared content)
- Content Manager — Content library workflows
- Insights (Admins, Approved Contributors, and Insights Users only) — Admin reporting dashboard (engagement tracking across all shared content)
- Company Settings (Admins only) — User management, homepage layout, and more

You're already in — but here are more ways to access Enablix:
- Web (full experience) — Access from your browser at yourcompanyname.enablix.com
- iPad (full experience) — Access on your iPad via the web or by downloading the mobile app (search "Enablix" in your app store)
- Salesforce (full experience) — Access directly within Salesforce [CRM integration required]
- Mobile (limited experience) — Access on your mobile device via the web or by downloading the mobile app (search "Enablix" in your app store)
- Extensions (limited experience) — Email apps, browser extensions, and more [view all extensions]
